  Today my husband was able to drive a race car around Stafford Motor Speedway, in Stafford Springs CT- for 10 laps. It was a great experience and fun too! 

Todays Photo-a-day Challange is ...   "Favorite Movie"   So many to choose from for the Holidays!   But the top pick is....   A Christmas Story! Because You'll Shoot Your Eye Out!        

We Hatched a Dinosaur! Given to the 6yr old from our good friends, this guy hatched from an egg! Isn't he cute?

I love this photo of my almost 10 year old playing King Herrod in the Christmas Eve Service! He was not super thrilled to be King Herrod, but with the look on his face, he played the role very well.

Christmas Eve - Eve we had our best friends over for dinner and gift exchange.  While the kids were all here we desided to make and decorate cookies for Santa. These are just and hand ful of the great cookies made.

Here is a photo of over 100 cards made by our Cub Scout Pack for the Soldiers Who serve our country. Many of them where thanks you cards while others said Merry Christmas! The 20+ cub scouts worked hard at one of our pack meetings to create these cards to send to them before the holidays!

It was nice to light even though we got the order wrong! But at least we did not light the Christ candle
